10 Year Anniversary of ‘He Ain’t Heavy’ at Camden Assembly

Performing at The Camden Assembly on the 22nd December is the 10th anniversary of ‘He Ain’t Heavy’, a collection of songs ranging from gospel classics to seasonal tracks, seeking to raise money for causes that desperately need your help and recognition. The proceeds will go towards helping the Pan African Book Foundation, a charity in Tanzania that focuses on distributing academic resources around the country, as well as UNICEF’s Horn of Africa Drought Appeal.

The performance will see some prestigious names who have played alongside some of the biggest legends in music come together to bring the music back to life, with Susan Allotey (Precious Wilson, Kenny Thomas), Andrew Wood Mitchell (Natalie Cole, Sonique) and Vanessa Haynes (Van Morrison, Chaka Khan). With names like this performing for causes that are in need, all while giving some of the best entertainment around, this is a charity performance that you need to get behind and show your support to!

Performances like this don’t come around often, make sure you don’t miss out! It’s the perfect time of year to be in the spirit of giving, spreading the festive cheer to a global community that are asking for your help.
