Forgot Studio Wizardry, the Secret to Pure Pop is Having a Ten Year Old Singer

To put this into some kind of context, at ten years old I was playing with Star Wars figures on a regular basis and would cringe at even miming to song being sung in assembly at school. In contrast, Antonia Grace, also ten, has released the second single from her forthcoming EP, London Grace, entitled Tick Tock and Bon Bons.

Nothing to do with clocks and quite a lot to do with a social media platform but avoiding litigation, Tick Tock and Bonbons is, if you like, proper pop music. Saccharine, transient yet curiously addictive, it’s almost something of a lost art and it’s perhaps appropriate that it takes an innocent ten year old to ‘get it’. Good fun.
