Daisy Chute, an American-Scottish singer-songwriter, has teamed up with Glaswegian alt-indie artist, Crawford Mack, to give us some new music! Their latest single, ‘Parallel Roads’, is a duet on perspectives during a relationship, with both artists giving a musical performance that will make you fans forever.
Almost instantly after pressing play, Crawford Mack brings the song to life with a soft vocal introduction, before Daisy Chute comes and matches the same energy perfectly. A lovely, soft start, they both sing together wonderfully and demonstrate what is so good about their own individual talent. A genuinely brilliant song, it has lyrics that speak to a very personal experience which make this song feel that much better by being so relatable. With the news of new single, Daisy Chute is embarking on a tour of Scotland, going back to her roots for three nights:
- 25th November Blue Lamp, Aberdeen
- 26th November Voodoo Rooms,F Edinburgh
- 27th November Larick Centre Fife, with additional support from Tayport-born Elisabeth Flett.
With ‘Parallel Roads’ collaborator, Crawford Mack, providing support at each event, it’s guaranteed to be a hit with audiences. An acoustic song like this was made for a live audience, each show is bound to be great. Make sure that you don’t miss out on this, or ‘Parallel Roads’!
