It’s fascinating to watch where an artist’s road leads them after they have a taste of immortality through involvement in a seminal music collective. In the case of long-term STEREOLAB keyboardist MORGANE LHOTE, she came to join The Projects and then Garden with members of Simian Mobile Disco before moving to LA, where she started her HOLOGRAM TEEN project. Today I’m thrilled to present you her debut ‘Between The Funk and The Fear’, brought to us by London label Polytechnic Youth.

The lead track from this release ‘God(d) Of Thunder Vs. Sukia’ sees her go head to head with Dust Brothers’ collaborators Sukia, whose ‘Feel’n Free’ also featured in the Oscar-nominated soundtrack to the film ‘The Big Short’.
