Punk upsetters, Wartoad, released their cover of Slade’s Merry Xmas Everybody last Christmas, prompting the charity their single was raising money for the drop them like a stone, lest their reputation be sullied by the band’s antics. Point made, you might think but no, Wartoad have’nt finished yet and have now succeeded in being dropped by their digital download provider, on the eve of the release of their latest track, I Alone Can Fix It.
Although no official reason was given, we can assume the choice of lead vocalist, President Donald Trump, was somehow a factor. Rather that let the track ,which was destined to be their next single, go to waste, they are releasing it as a video-only track, giving their loyal following and all right-thinking people a chance to see their fantastic promo vid and an early listen at one o their forthcoming album’s tracks. Warning – it’s very catchy.
